Depends on what your looking for in a car. As a performance FWD car I think the Integra GS-R and Type R are far better than any Prelude made. The Prelude is more of a front wheel drive luxury performance car. The SI and VTEC are the models to have, avoid the SH Vtec model like the plague though, it has a traction control system that likes to break and costs a fortune to fix. Both are nice and reliable cars, the Prelude tends to be more cushy and where as the integra is literally just a sporty honda civic (they're virtually identical aside from the body design and the integra has nicer options/interior)
I'd have to agree about the Prelude SH- Avoid it. I have an '01 non-SH and the only time I have traction issues is in the rain. But you asked which one is over all better and I'd have to say Prelude by far. They have more power, more luxury, and better resale value.
