Its hard to find a good stock 99-00 Honda Civic SI nowadays. I'm just wondering what other Honda Civic model is the best substitute for Honda Civic SI?? i like 99-00 Honda Civic SI and Honda EK...































And what is the diff between the EK3 EK4 and EK9?

ummm. i own a 2000 si and a 2000 civic hatchback..you cant substitute an s.i. the 99-2000 civic ex is as close as you can get. the 96-98 civics have a different front end. the civic s.i comes with a stock b16a2 dohc vtec(dual over head cam vtec) wich has alot more power than an ex, also comes with better suspension, all wheel disk brakes, and different interior. an ex is the closest you will get to an s.i. if you later are gonna swap an engine into it you might as well get a hatchback... but if you just want the looks, get an ex. and american hondas are not ek's, those are acutually japanesse models.ek3 is 95-98 in japan. ek4 is 99-2000 civic in japan and ek9 is 99-2000 but the type r models... hope that answered your questions... oh and dont go single cam turbo. your engine will blow trust me.
