B16A2 in a Honda Del Sol....should i turbo or build the motor?

Ok i have a honda del sol and i want to get some power out of it...basically i want to see what will give me more overall horsepower and which gives the better bang 4 the buck. so build the motor hard with new cams, high comp pistons...etc. or get a turbo build 4 low comp. and put 30psi in it.































so it's Turbo VS. NA High Compression

i say build the bottom end good enough that it can handle all the PSI from that turbo...and show us your process
