Default My GSR civic chokes after I floor it and then try to drive normal speed!?

I have this problem with my 93 GSR Civic Si hatch. When I drive the car at normal speeds, it handles beautiful. When I accelerate and go fast and then slow down to drive at normal speed, it chockes like a mother and when I stop at red lights and then try to go, it chokes even more to the point of almost turning off...it goes away after a little until I floor it again! What the heck is going on??? Im lost.

If you made any modifications to it... that's your problem (esp the exhaust system). I HATE when people try to dress up a shitty car. It's really pathetic.
