Default 95 Honda Civic EX Wont Crank, Please Help

Hello,

My wife drives a Honda Civic EX, Manual and it wont crank. The battery is brand new, starter is new, these all have been tested along with the alternator, the battery and the starter. We even replaced the clutch switch and still nothing. We can push it and pop the clutch and it will crank and drive fine. There is a relay under the hood fuse box called the heater motor relay, when trying to turn it over, that relay makes a clicking, we havent replaced that relay with a new one, only the one from a junk yard and still nothing, we are avoiding taking it in, because we feel we will get jerked around by these auto shops. I still feel it has to be something simple we are overlooking. If we can push start it and pop the clutch and it cranks and runs normal, what else can it be? Ignition switch? But would that be it if we pop the clutch and it cranks, we need help, its hard sharing one car. Thanks so much!

Chris
