engine and the valves.? I am in the process of trying to see if Honda owners can notify the Department of Consumer Affairs and the NTSA in regards to the technical bulletin 03-038. My car was out of warranty and so I did not receive full consideration. Honda claims they didn't have to give me any consideration. I was treated very rudely and in a very complacent manner. They haven't recalled the part yet but wanted to see what other Honda owners have done to bring light to this issue. If I can get enough people to report this defective cylinder head, the part can be recalled and Honda will have to admit there is a problem and it is putting people's lives in danger . Any suggestions on how to go about this would be great. I am located in Santa Rosa, CA(Bay area) and wanted to see if anyone was interested in pursuing a class action suit. Thanks!
