Default 93 Accord LX Station Wagon- where is the OBD?

Hi- my wife's car had a CEL yesterday and I took off the kick-panel on the passenger's side under the glove box to look for the 2 wire receptacle to cross it to check the ecu for codes but the connector is just not there. Could it be wound up in the tape on the rest of the bundle? any ideas appreciated-
