hello everyone,















I have an all stock 95 honda prelude si 5 speed V-tec.















Here is the deal.















When i go over 4500 rpm. the v-tec kicks in and the car jumps forward because of the power.















But now the problem...















I press the gas now and the car goes and drives regular, when i push on it and the v-tec is suppose to kick in at 4500 rpm, the engine makes a different sound and the v-tec does not kick in at all, instead, the car actually slows down more than usual.















Please someone help me.
