vtec has to do with timing of the cams to aline them, the B18c1 found in the GSR ( 1st and 2nd gen) come with Vtec , vtec helps to add power to the car.

the 2nd Gen GSR (B18c1) is much better as it carry's more power it can be found in the 2001 GSR Integra.

LS/Vtec is a combo of a motor from a LS Integra with vtec heads from a vtec motor
